Pass over keys!
Frank & Sheena had agreed to buy – and paid the deposit – in November 2000. But due to work commitments nothing further could be done until February 2001: some of the payment then was in cash: a few million pesatas! So Eric came out as a minder, and Jane Clutton who was our purchasing agent was with us when we collected the keys from Rafael and his wife..
It was not until 2007 after renovation was completed that Sheena and Frank came to live permanently..
